Montana Attorney General Tim Fox's Sexual Assault Evidence Task Force continues moving forward with its efforts to get hundreds of unsubmitted test kits processed and develop a plan to handle future kits. At issue are approximately 1,400 sexual assault evidence kits that have never been submitted for processing, for a number of reasons, some dating back to 1995.
